The Différenti series is made in a different style and from a different perspective to the usual ITUAIS.

This keyring is made of HORSE BUTT (brown core) leather from Mariam.

HORSE BUTT is a thick horsehide leather that comes only from the hip to fibre-dense buttock region of the horsehide.

The surface texture has the right amount of hardness and firmness due to the oil that has been well applied by the bucketta manufacturing process, but the suppleness and dense, thick leather characteristic of horsehide gives it a quality feel without making you feel like you are in a thick leather.

As it is used more and more, the underlying brown colour comes out more and more, so you can enjoy the ageing process.

The inside is made of a leather called REGENCY CALF by Charles F. Stead from the UK.

The leather has a full aniline finish using carefully selected French calfskin as the raw hide, which is lavishly hand-applied with natural waxes and oils, then antiqued and pressure-finished.

This leather is also tanned with a large amount of oil, which gives it a unique oil shade, and it originally has a number of unique wrinkles and grains.

In some places you may feel that there are a lot of wrinkles, but we feel that this is also perfect for this series, so we use it as it is.

It was also originally often used for boots and is extremely durable.

This is another interesting leather that can enjoy a different ageing process to horsehide.

Up-and-coming tanner MARYAM was founded in Santa Croce, Italy, in 2013 and specialises in high-end horse leather.

The typical leather is vegetable-tanned horsehide, which makes the most of its natural texture, but the up-and-coming Italian tannery also produces various other types of leather, such as deer and kangaroo leather.

Although it is a relatively new tannery, it is only a tannery established by former GUIDI staff, and it is a tannery with a unique style that cannot be experienced with other leathers through its own unique manufacturing process, and its quality and technical skills are at a very high level.
