This is a collaboration item that took approximately two years to complete.
Under the supervision of meanswhile's Takahiro Fujisaki, a special edition backpack has been created that reconstructs the classic design and updates it for a modern look.

In this design meeting, we pursued not just a reproduction, but a more practical and new "ease of use."

The main concepts are as follows:

While maintaining the classic design, the capacity has been expanded, and the structure does not impair the balance of the appearance.

A new pattern design that emphasizes the three-dimensional effect when viewed from the side.

The outer webbing has been eliminated for a more refined look.

As a result, this work, which is at the core of the collaboration, has evolved into an entirely new form.
Furthermore, it is designed to naturally fit our own usage logic and preferences.

"GW-1U" CORDURA NYLON "OUTSIDE" Backpack

A backpack designed with an emphasis on expandability, with the theme of "external loading."
It has a total of five separate storage spaces.

Two compression spaces in the front

Simply open the buckle on the side to connect it to a waist bag or hip belt.
The top and bottom buckles can also accommodate the attachment of external parts, allowing for expansion to suit individual usage styles.

A cushioning layer is placed on the back and shoulder straps to take into account the contact area.
It is comfortable to carry as it is "less likely to get sweaty" and "distributes the load."
The GOOPiMADE logo is subtly placed in the center of the back.
