■DESCRIPTION■

In 2020, Mizuno took a new approach to footwear by focusing on geta, a traditional Japanese footwear, and developed the "SETTA C/6" model, which retains the original shape but uses the latest technology to greatly improve comfort.

Mizuno has used carbon in golf shafts, tennis rackets, baseball bats and other products, accumulating know-how regarding the material's properties and processing, while evolving sporting goods by utilizing its lightness and elasticity.

Carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP), made by impregnating carbon fibers with softened plastic and then hardening them, is lightweight and strong, and is therefore expected to be a substitute for metal in a wide range of fields, including airplanes, trains, automobiles, and electrical appliances. Mizuno Technics Co., Ltd. is already producing parts for the high-pressure hydrogen tanks used in Toyota's Mirai, as well as ETC opening and closing blocking bars, and has begun a full-scale carbon business.

This model uses carbon fiber reinforced plastic inside the geta insole.

The arch shape is molded with a high toe and a lower midfoot, providing a unique rolling feel and elastic comfort.

The footbed is made of cool linen-like fabric, and the midsole is made of memory foam urethane.

The tip of the thong (sakkyo) is treated with polyester brushed PU, making it soft to the touch and less likely to cause pain.

The outsole is made of cork and features the Yamato Kobo and Mizuno logos as proof of the joint development.

This is a unique Mizuno item that brings together Japan's unique traditions and technology.

This product is Yamato Kobo's "geta" sandals equipped with Mizuno's "carbon" on the inside of the sole. It is not a walking shoe designed for walking long distances for long periods of time, but rather an item for general everyday use.

*Unlike walking shoes, the soles of geta sandals are made of rubber, so they may develop scuff marks or scratches depending on how you use them.

Furthermore, the sizes are listed in a unique way by Mizuno and are different from those used by Yamato Kobo.

This product can be worn in two ways. Please choose the size according to your preference.
Tip 1: Wear them with your heels slightly exposed (1 to 3 cm) like regular geta sandals.
Tip 2: Wear them in the right size, like fashion sandals or flip-flops.

Before ordering

Cancellation of orders

Returns and exchanges

If a replacement can be secured, the product will be replaced.
If a replacement cannot be secured, a refund will be made.

Returns and exchanges will not be accepted if any of the following conditions apply. Please note in advance

If more than 8 days have elapsed since the arrival of the goods
When the customer is deemed to have used the product by our company.
If the product has been repaired, washed or cleaned.
Loss or damage to accessories (product tag, warranty card, bag, box, etc.)
If smells, scratches or stains occur under the customer's care.
Products that come into contact with the skin, such as underwear, socks and accessories, perfumes and cosmetics.
If you return the goods without informing us in advance.
