A high-spec down vest with Pertex Shield fabric on the outer surface.

This oversized vest has numerous utility pockets, is sized so that it can be worn over other outerwear, and has large armholes that expand the range of coordination options available.

It also goes well with flared pants and wide pants, which are being proposed this season.

PERTEXSHIELD provides lightweight waterproof protection while remaining highly breathable.

PertexShield fabrics are designed for extreme mountain sports where lightweight breathability is key, allowing you to move fast and stay comfortable.

A versatile two-layer construction that combines a lightweight outer fabric with a waterproof, windproof and breathable membrane.

The face fabric is treated with a DWR (durable water repellent) finish to repel rain and snow while still allowing air to pass through.

Because it is stronger than ordinary fabrics, it can be washed normally in a home washing machine and can also be dried on a low temperature setting.
There is no detergent specified, but be sure to rinse thoroughly.
If any detergent remains between the fabric and the polyurethane film, it will be more likely to absorb water.
If you want to restore the water-repellent properties, we recommend putting it in the dryer on a low heat setting or ironing it on low heat with a pressing cloth.
The fine hairs on the surface stand up, restoring the water-repellent properties.
