What is an order briefing?
This is a product briefing held immediately after the brand's exhibition.
When we place an order with a brand, we have a deadline of about one week.
During this period, customers will be able to look at the catalogue and use it as reference for ordering, and we will also place orders for pre-ordered items.
Therefore, customers will be able to make reservations for all products that will be released.
After the order briefing , reservations will only be accepted for products that are scheduled to arrive at our store.
You can also view all products before they are released, so you can check all release dates, prices, designs, etc.
*However, we may ask you to refrain from making reservations for products with restrictions.
The information session will be conducted by staff who are knowledgeable about the brand.

[About the order briefing session]
・We require a deposit when you make a reservation.
・Reservations for a total amount of less than 10,000 yen: Full amount ・Reservations for a total amount of 10,000 to 30,000 yen: 5,000 yen to full amount ・Reservations for a total amount of 30,000 to 50,000 yen: 10,000 yen to full amount ・Reservations for a total amount of 50,000 yen or more: 20,000 yen to full amount *All prices exclude tax.
・Member registration is required when making a reservation. (Registration is required when making a reservation.)
Please note that if you cancel your reservation, the deposit will not be refunded.
・Deposits can only be paid in store (card payments accepted).
・We may not be able to provide the reserved product due to production reasons.
If the product is not available, we will refund your deposit.
*However, in the case of bank transfer, the refund will be made after deducting the handling fee.
・We do not accept orders over the phone or email. We only accept orders from customers who come to our store.
Also, due to the limited number of staff, we are unable to provide product explanations over the phone.
・Photography of any materials provided at the order briefing is strictly prohibited.
