While we do not have a time limit, if there is a large number of customers visiting specifically for the pre-order event at the same time, we may implement a time limit and ask you to return at a later time.

What is an order briefing session?

This is an invitation to a product briefing to be held immediately following the brand’s exhibition.

Please note that we require approximately one week to process orders placed with the brand.
During that period, we will also have customers review the catalog to help us determine our store’s orders, and we will place an order that includes the items customers have reserved.

During this period, you can pre-order any of the upcoming products.

Please note that reservations made after the pre-order briefing will be accepted only for items scheduled to arrive at our store.

In addition, since you can view all products before their release, you can check details such as release dates, prices, and designs in advance.

*Please note that we may be unable to accept reservations for certain items subject to restrictions.

Our staff, who are well-versed in the brand, will be on hand to assist you during the presentation, so please feel free to ask if you have any questions.

Please note that reservations are not required. Feel free to drop by anytime—it’s a casual, event-style gathering.

[受注説明会について]

・We require a deposit when making a reservation at our store.
・Reservations totaling less than 10,000 yen: Full amount
・Reservations totaling between 10,000 yen and less than 30,000 yen: 5,000 yen to the full amount
・Reservations totaling 30,000–50,000 yen: 10,000 yen to the full amount
・Reservations totaling 50,000 yen or more: 20,000 yen to the full amount *All amounts are listed before tax.

・You must be a registered member to make a reservation. (You will be asked to register when making your reservation.)
・Please note that deposits are non-refundable if you cancel your reservation.
・Deposits can only be made in person at the store (credit cards accepted).
・Please note that we may be unable to fulfill your order due to production constraints.
・If we are unable to provide the item, we will refund your deposit.
*Please note that for bank transfers, the refund amount will be the total minus any applicable fees.

・We do not accept orders by phone or email. We only serve customers who visit our store in person.
Additionally, due to limited staff, we are unable to provide product information over the phone.
・Photography of any materials provided at the order briefing session is strictly prohibited.
