What is an order briefing?

This is a product explanation session held immediately after the brand's exhibition.

When we place an order with a brand, there is a deadline of about one week.
During this period, customers will be able to view the catalogue and use it as a reference for ordering. If there are any pre-orders, we will also place an order for them.

This means that customers can make reservations for all products that are scheduled to be released.

After the order briefing , you will only be able to make reservations for items that are scheduled to arrive at our store.

You can also view all products before they are released, so you can check all release dates, prices, designs, etc.

*However, we may ask you to refrain from making reservations for products with restrictions.

The information session will be conducted by staff who are knowledgeable about the brand.

There is no need to make a reservation,
Please come and visit us as if it were an event.

[About the order briefing session]

・We require a deposit when you make a reservation.
・Reservations for a total amount of less than 10,000 yen: the full amount ・Reservations for a total amount of 10,000 to 30,000 yen: 5,000 yen or more and the full amount ・Reservations for a total amount of 30,000 to 50,000 yen: 10,000 yen or more and the full amount ・Reservations for a total amount of 50,000 yen or more: 20,000 yen or more and the full amount *All amounts are excluding tax.

Please note that if you cancel your reservation, your deposit will not be refunded.
・Deposits can only be paid in store (credit cards accepted).
・The reserved product may be out of stock due to production reasons.
If we are unable to provide the product, we will refund your deposit.
*However, in the case of bank transfer, the refund will be made after deducting the processing fee.

・We do not accept orders by phone or email. Orders are only accepted by customers who come to the store.
・It is strictly prohibited to take photographs of any materials provided at the order briefing .
