Set in the Edo period (1603-1868), this is the story of Mugen, a man who looks like a delinquent, Jin, a master swordsman, and Fuu, a girl looking for a 'samurai who smells like sunflowers', who by chance decide to travel together.

The film depicts three people with diametrically opposed personalities and appearances who, after a chance encounter, continue on a strange journey by chance.
